RougeGorge Lingerie and the Queen App
In-store salesperson application for clienteling, order taking, pre-payment
The customer need
With more than 250 points of sale, RougeGorge Lingerie is a major player in lingerie sales in France and Belgium. In 2016, the company launched a call for tenders to develop the profession of store salesperson.
The central point of the request was to gain in mobility in order to be able to manage customer relations, sales, knowledge of stocks, etc. on the entire sales floor, and to relieve the cash registers of tasks that could be carried out on the move, by the sales assistants and as close as possible to the sales act.
RougeGorge Lingerie chooses the KeySALES sales and clienteling solution from Keyneosoft because of its ergonomics, its agility, its openness and its retail experience.
The solution provided by Keyneosoft
The application implemented by Keyneosoft’s teams, in close collaboration with RougeGorge Lingerie’s business and digital teams, is called the Queen app. It is customized to the brand’s colors and specificities, connected to the product catalog and inventory, to the main cashiering system, and is deployed on Zebra TC52 mobile terminals.
How does it work?
The solution is composed of 3 modules:
- Customer (management of customer information, loyalty)
- Product catalog (Display of the product catalog with the stocks of the store, the web, the surrounding stores, cross selling,…)
- Shopping cart and pre-payment (creation and sending of shopping carts to the cashier)
Allows you to create and search for a customer with the following information: title, last name, first name, email, telephone, country, postal code, city, address, birthday, height, optins.
The ergonomics and fluidity of the process allow saleswomen to create the customer account in the middle of a sale and not have to wait for the cashier to do it (creation of the loyalty account while the customer is in the booth for example).
The purchase history, the number of loyalty points, the customer’s birthday are all information that allow to personalize the sale.
Product Catalog Module
The saleswoman can navigate through the different categories, search or scan a product, consult a store stock (or surrounding stores or the web), access the cross selling, … in a few clicks, to better inform her customer.
It allows you to create and value the shopping cart (associated or not with a customer) and to generate a pending shopping cart, which can be retrieved at the checkout.
In 5 years, the solution has largely evolved to adapt to new business needs and to be at the heart of the digital strategy of stores. And it’s not over yet…
