The Hypromat company has been marketing car wash spaces since 1964. The desire of this innovative company was to equip itself with a car wash tunnel totally controlled by a mobile employee: from customer registration, to identification, to the sale of products and related products, to collection, to invoicing and to the management of the tunnel! All with a 100% digital and fluid shopping experience.
The solution provided by Keyneosoft
The Keyneosoft team innovated and aggregated different bricks from its Keybuild New Retail platform to implement the solution, in less than 6 months :
- Sales and mobile checkout application for carwash employees
- Queueue management module to manage car/customer queues and tunnel: triggering the right program, at the right time, based on options taken by the customer
- Loyalty and animation module to be able to highlight new programs or complementary products
How does it work?
- The customer comes to the carwash.
- The employee, equipped with an app, suggests available services or products
- He selects the usual program via the customer’s account (if a loyal customer) OR the program chosen on site
- He proceeds to mobile checkout of the customer’s cart.
- He pilots the washing tunnel via the application.
